London may be cold and wet but we can still
celebrate Songkran, the Thai New Year.
In Thailand it is also known as the "Water Festival", an opportunity to throw water at anyone in sight, including complete strangers and have fun drinking and revelling all day and night. I guess dancing barefoot in a wet courtyard is in keeping with tradition.
